44MM FOAMCORE DOORS
The Ultimate FoamCORE door offers a high level of security, with increased resistance to forced entry, and reinforced GRP skins as standard.
With the Ultimate FoamCORE, the emphasis is firmly on choice with a comprehensive range of designs, finishes and colours. 6.8mm laminated units supplied as standard.
The Ultimate FoamCORE composite door is the minimal-maintenance alternative to traditional materials. It has 44mm reinforced GRP skins, finished in either woodgrain or an exclusive smooth/etched finish that perfectly matches aluminium, delivering kerb appeal for any property.
The Ultimate door out performs other market alternatives with outstanding thermal performance. Inside, the PU foam core reduces heat loss and is encompassed by an LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) subframe to provide strength and rigidity. The door protects the home from the elements and will have minimal thermal expansion and contraction rates under extreme temperature variations which is perfectly normal.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Grained GRP SMC skins are available in a wide variety of styles and colours, including wood stains
- Stiles and Rails are manufactured from a water-resistant polymer
- LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) is used as the main internal reinforcement
- Skins and sub frame are bonded with a Urethane Adhesive Resin
- The door is filled with CFC-Free Polyurethane Foam density 44.5 – 45.5g/㎥

Bull Ring AND ORNATE Knockers
Our specialist range of Bull Ring Knockers will provide the finishing touches and all important kerb appeal. This functional yet aesthetically pleasing knocker is available in the same finish options as the door handles shown above.
GLASS
All the double and triple glazed units used in our doors are manufactured to the highest standard and come with internationally recognised accreditations for performance, strength and thermal efficiency.
High Performance Units
All units are made with toughened glass to comply with EN12150, the International standard for safety glass. All units are manufactured to the EN1279 standard for quality of seal and life expectancy and come with a manufacturer’s 10 year warranty.
Thermally Efficient
All the clear or obscure glass units in our range have insulating features as standard. They are manufactured using low emissivity glass and the airspace is filled with Argon gas to give industry leading thermal efficiency. In addition, we only use warm edge spacer systems.
Exclusive Glazing Cassettes
The Ultimate FoamCORE composite door range uses the FLiP® exclusive glazing cassette system with revolutionary Foam in Place technology. Ultimate also offers the unique Inox™ cassette system finished in stainless steel or black matt finish.
Decorative Glass
Ultimate offers the widest range of traditional and contemporary glass designs, along with exclusive collections, so customers have infinite options for their front door.
Glass Colour Options
The Lanesborough glass designs lend themselves to colour co-ordination of the glass to complement or contract your choice of door colour. Choose from either Amber, Blue or Green borders.
SECURITY
For outstanding security, Ultimate FoamCORE doors are fitted with a robust multipoint lock.
Simply by lifting the handle upwards, all locking features are engaged.
High security hinges and optional Hinge Protectors complete the security and ensures the door seals tightly with little effort.

To prevent cylinder manipulation, Ultimate FoamCORE doors are fitted with a 3 star high security Yale cylinder, and for convenience all doors are supplied with 3 keys as standard.
Automatic Lock Option
On contemporary door styles that include the stainless steel pull bar handle, we offer an Automatic Lock option together with an oval escutcheon. The pull bar handle is also available with the townhouse lock option.
Townhouse Lock Option
On certain door styles you may wish to consider our townhouse lock option. The townhouse lock is completed with a traditional escutcheon finger pull, positioned higher for ease of use.
